In all seriousness though, Vicious Velo supports the notion of splitting up senior racing at local south-east league events. Lapping people after 10mins of racing is not fun for anyone. Let the racers race and let the newbies learn in a cheap-to-promote and cheap-to-ride Go Cross. It's good for everyone, and would grow the whole cross scene too. Two races means more time, less aggro* means more photo opportunities means a cooler looking sport. Everyone's a winner, barring the organiser who has to hang around all day.
*don't get me wrong, we love aggro, but pushing first timers into the bushes is just bullying
